# The Palms at Wailea

The Palms at Wailea AOAO is an owner organization of 150 residential apartments in a condominium community located on 16.7 acres at 3200 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea, Hawaii, 96753.

The Association was formed in 1992 for the purpose of providing management, maintenance and care of the common areas of the condominium as required by the Declaration of Condominium Property Regime filed with the Sate of Hawaii.
